Balancing high-speed characteristics and high reliability

Optical communication VCSELs from Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation(SSS) apply the characteristics of VCSELs which are capable of direct modulation with low power consumption, and are used as light sources for optical communication modules in mega data centers.
